I would like to express my sincere appreciation and attitudes to Magazine GlobeUs for the publication about Laos on the Occasion 50 year’s diplomatic relation between the Laos people’s democratic republic and the china people of China (25/4/1961-25/4/2011).

Laos and China are two friendly neighbors whose people share a long history of good ties of exchange and cooperation, during the last recent years the cooperation, the cooperation between the two countries in the fields of public economy, trade, investment, tourism, culture education and others have been developed and strengthened rapidly and effectively, thus bringing about substantial benefit to the people of both countries.

We are very happy to see such effort being made by GlobeUs to further enhance the exchange between our two countries and their enterprise.

Taking this auspicious occasion I would like to sincerely wish for further success, happiness and prosperity of the Chinese and the Laos people. I also wish to the long lasting friendship and cooperation between Laos and China.
