  The current project is aimed at the creation of modern brick plant for production of 30 million pieces per year. The concept of processing equipment and control system lets to produce a wide variety of bricks: faced brick, chipped brick, moulded brick and blocks for glue jointless laying. The proposed technology is flexible and doesn’t require large amounts of energy resources. The technology was tested and the high quality of products has been certified by competent structures in Minsk. According with the established order legal entity will be registered as the resident of FEZ «Vitebsk» and will be given tax and custom preferences.

  The actuality of the project is stressed by the fact that with the dissolution of the USSR demands in building materials in the countries of the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) have sharply decreased. But at the same time the need for an obverse brick has increased significantly. Most of the contractors and experts predict the further increase the usage of «red» brick in construction of buildings. Modern houses are made of and retouched with ceramic bricks. It is aesthetic, ecologically clean material, safe for health of a man. It has long service life, the walls from a brick «breathe», and in a premise the favorable microclimate is provided. The investments are required for – project documentation, Construction works, purchase and maintenance of the equipment.

  The enterprise is planned to be located on FEZ «Vitebsk» territory («Zhurzhevo») which is 10 km from dolomite-field – the main component of brick production. Technological process consists of 4 stages: mixing, pressing, maturing and packing. The main expenses are raw material costs, staff keeping, taxes according with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
