The owner of the Croatian company ADRIA FLOWER is selling a plot of land together with buildings and infrastructure.
The assets are located in Konavle region: 25 km from Dubrovnik, 120 km from the Port of Ploče, 5 km from the Čilipi airport, 12 km from the state border with Monte Negro and 20 km from the border with Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Until 1990 a local company used to exploit this estate for greenhouse flower cultivation, but the structure was later badly damaged.
Today this estate consists of 5 hectares of land (50.000 m2) on which the rests of the greenhouese (cca. 3 ha) and henhouses with capacity of 10.000 hen and barns for 100 cows are situated. At the entrance of the estate there is a tennis playground complete with lightning, water and a small locker room.
The electricity is provided ba a 10/0,4 KV substation complete with a generator.
All buildings can be heated by a gas plant (complete with gas tanks), while the greenhouses can be watered by pumps that are also parts of the estaate.
A long canal crosses the land providing water from a 5 km distant river Ljuta. There are two pools on the estate (80x20x3 m and 40x15x4 m). A heating room for he whole estate is also located near the pools.
