Type of the building:
A multi-functional building complex featuring the most advanced Opera (1300-1470 seats) and Concert Hall (1620 seats), Luxury Grand Opera Hotel, Business and Shopping Centre and Urban Villa with 11 apartments. The complex has five underground parking levels with more that 900 parking places. In size and design it is comparable to the best of such buildings in the world. It is located in the north-western part of the heart of the culture centre of city Ljubljana. The site is integrated within the old city center as well as with broader city scale.
