The Villa Dominica is located in the heart of Slovenia’s most beautiful coastal and historic town, witch is also the fifth largest city and the second most popular tourist destination in Slovenia. It is positioned on the northern edge of the Koper’s mediaeval town core, just above the marina and is occupying gross surface area of 24.555 m², with town square that includes a fountain. The Villa has six floors above the parking garage and contains a ground floor with commercial premises and the mail entrance lobby for the villa and five floor levels for apartments. On each floor there are four or eight apartments that all have a splendid views of the sea side and the historic town centre and there are all supplemented by loggias or terraces. In total there are 36 apartments which have an area of between 85 and 150m² except for the apartment on the top floor which is 240m². It functions as a condominium. In underground parking garage there are 439 parking places. The level -1 is a private parking place for the residence of the villa. The private parking level is directly linked to the villa by a dedicated lift lobby for residence use only.
